Still no contract?
He'll probably get what Goudelock would have gotten if he got the extention. CDR is gonna beat out Goudelock to make the team so he'll probably get a one year chance making what Goudelock would have.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Big 4s are OVERRATED. you think Nash/Kobe/Dwight cant carry the whole Offensive load!?

He's classified as a 2 guard that can tween at the 3 if he has to.
Goudelock would have to beat him for the roster spot. He won't.
These are the people trying to make the team that don't have guaranteed contracts
Robert Sacre
Andrew Goudelock
Darius Johnson-Odom
Reeves Nelson
Ronnie Aguilar
Greg Somogyi
Sacre is already a given and I don't see anyone else up there beating CDR for the 15th spot. Do you?

can we throw DJO in the summer league? or would that count as a spot

It wouldn't count as a spot. He can go to the summer league for our team. Same way Gerald Green and Malcolm Thomas did.
Goudelock, Morris, DJO, Reeves Nelson, Aguilar and Somogyi are all probably D-league bound, so is Morris.
The only difference is Morris will be the only one under contract
and depending on how Hill looks upon returning, Sacre may go down there too as Brown's plan seems to be playing Gasol and/or Howard some mins with the bench unit at the 5. So who knows. The only definite I know is that NO ONE up there aside from Sacre(for obvious reasons) should beat CDR for a roster spot.

I think you mean D league not summer league. But we can't send him without him taking a roster spot. If he goes anyone can pick him up is he isn't using a spotIt wouldn't count as a spot. He can go to the summer league for our team. Same way Gerald Green and Malcolm Thomas did.

There's a reason CDR is unsigned. He's not very good
ignorance
He's pretty good, he just needed to step up more tonight offensively. But he didn't really get the ball much to make things happen with it. Goudelock did have him wide open twice on the wing but decided to force it instead. I believe he got his shot finally when Nash came in. He's good at taking it to the basket and creating off the dribble. Two things Goudelock cannot do at the 1 or the 2, thus CDR will make this team over him.

He only played 7 mins and barely got any touches, he got one wide open 3 and missed, but that really isn't his range. He needs the ball to drive. There's a reason CDR is unsigned. He's not very good

And he would have gotten more touches if it wasn't Goudelock running the offense

Yeah. I REALLY wish they'd stop playing Glock at the 1, He does not know how, he is not versatile enough to play out of position unlike Westbrook. All he can do is shoot, so stop trying to force him to run the freaking offense because of his height when he has no clue how.And he would have gotten more touches if it wasn't Goudelock running the offense

Yeah I think Goudelock proved that tonight, I think he blew his chance as a backup 1 which is what he'd need to be to make this team.

So let me get this straight...
CDR gets time on Backstage Lakers, Two exclusive Interviews, as well as a Segment on Lakers.com?
Yeah.... the Lakers obviously want to keep him around. Hopefully him and Sacre are the guys chosen to make the team.
