Idea: Luol Deng and Carlos Boozer

Lakers get Luol Deng and Carlos Boozer.
Bulls get Pau Gasol, Devin Harris, Dorell Wright, and Deshawn Stevenson.
Hawks get Metta World Peace, Richard Hamilton, and a protected first round draft pick from the Sixers.
Sixers get Marquis Teague and Steve Blake.
Lakers get a good SF and PF. Immediate payroll actually goes down by ~$2 mil. It adds on payroll for the 2014 offseason, but that's only a good FA class if the good potential FAs opt out of their deals.
Bulls get a very good player in Pau, a good temporary starting PG in Harris, and a solid young SF in Wright. For them, the best thing about this deal would the fact that the contracts of Harris, Wright and Stevenson expire after this season. Pau's contract also has only 2 years left compared to Boozer's 3.
Hawks don't have any SFs on the roster and Rip would become their best SG. The Hawks get a draft pick for taking on Metta's contract.
Sixers don't really have any back-up PGs. They get a ready-to-play back up in Blake, and young one with upside in Teague.

Boozer is pretty bad on defense, but it's not like Pau is stopping anybody. It actually improves the Lakers on that end where it matters, at SF where the main 2 teams the Lakers have to worry about have their best players. I don't think many teams actually have 2 big guys you have to guard, so I don't think it would be too big of a problem. The Bulls manage to be one of the best defensive teams despite starting Boozer.
