Ever since d12 arrived in La, haters have been listing reasons we will get beaten by the heat or thunder......Lol, please list your favorite around the web....



1. Nash is old
2. Dwight back might start hurting
3. Kobe will ball hog
4. Bosh will pull Howard out of the paint ( as if Bosh would make 100%) of his midrange shots.

They are not really excuses, per say. The Heat are the defending champs and until they lose they have the right to brag, unfortunately

Winning the championship last year has nothing to do with this year. You don't get to start every game with a 20 point lead. they haven't played a team like LA

They try to belittle our accomplishment this offseason. Only makes sense just like everyone said d wade and lebron could not play together because they were both ball dominant players and how bosh was too soft to play C. People should be worried we filled a huge gap with the 3rd best possible Pg. CP3 was vetoed D-Will signed with the Nets so nash is a great consolation prize. On top of that we got Dwight for Bynum and got a better bench than last year.

i live in Miami, soooo i luv all the hate.... i proudly walk around wit my KB24 jersey on....but there biggest "excuse" is that they got Lewis, Allen, and Miller that wont miss

Miller missed in every game of the playoffs and I said to myself "you know..there's gonna be a day when he hits everything after missing all these" and it just so happened to be the perfect time in the finals But if they expect him to consistently do that they are fooling themselves. He'll 'kapono' it next year.

Exactly. They see we don't have chemistry. How do they know? They love saying , " you have to get past OKC" first. What does that mean? Do the heat get a 1st, 2nd round bye because they won the ship last year? No! They have to see the improved celtics, nets, Knicks, and 76ers...not to mention if rose comes back with the bulls

They did win last season. But that was last season. It's tougher to defend, especially when every team is gunning for you. Their first ring, could be their last ring with wade/lebron together.

Every team will always have an excuse. Im a heat fan and ill be honest that Lakers did get scarier after getting Dwight Howard while only loosing Bynum and trading Nash for a TV and bunch of useless stuff.

If you go to OKC forum and say that Lakers will win they will come up with stuff saying they'll beat you. Same thing with Heat and even Clippers. Lets just wait and see but I do believe that Lakers vs Heat will be epic if it happens.

I don't think anyone is worried at all. It's just that people are saying these things and we fans just heard it and thought we share it amongst other Laker fans.

Anyways, I think the most excuse I've heard is chemistry. It maybe evident in the first 10 gamesm, sure, but that will not be a problem in the latter part of the season, which is more important than the opener.

Nobody in this league can defend LBJ one on one. It's all about defensive schemes. If we can get MWP to funnel LeBron into Howard and keep coming with help from the weakside, forcing people like Haslem and Chalmers to beat us, then it is very possible to slow down LeBron and the Heat. The Mavs did the exact same thing. Cuban admitted LeBron made the right play 9 times out of 10, but their role players couldn't step up and knock down shots.

And it's no coincidence that LeBron had some horrible shooting games against the Magic last season
