If I have to get league pass to watch the games I'm gonna be really pissed.
If you live in the Lakers market, even with League Pass Laker games will be blacked out.
So pretty much if you live in So Cal and don't have Time Warner, you're screwed.
Unless a deal is reached with other providers in time of course.

Time Warner Cable has announced the channel numbers for its new Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes channels.
The new networks launch Oct. 1 and will be the home for expanded Los Angeles Lakers programming as well as coverage of the L.A. Galaxy soccer team.
For Time Warner Cable Desert Cities customers, Time Warner Cable SportsNet can be found in HD on channel 403 and Time Warner Cable Deportes HD is channel 481. Both networks also will be available in standard definition on TWC’s expanded cable level of service at channels 28 and 35.
To determine whether you will receive the new channels is simple for current Time Warner Cable customers. If you presently get Fox Sports West and Fox Sports Prime Ticket, then you will receive the two new channels as well.
Negotiations are ongoing with other cable and satellite providers in Southern California, including DirecTV, DISH Network and Verizon FiOS. Lakers fans should expect deals with those carriers to occur closer to the Oct. 1 launch.
“It has been a great offseason for the Lakers and we know Lakers fans can’t wait for the new season to get started in October,” said John Keib, Time Warner Cable President, Residential Services. “Fans with Time Warner Cable will be delivered more Lakers, Galaxy, LA Sparks and local sports on the two new sports networks than ever before. We are also looking forward to making history when the first ever Spanish language regional sports network debuts on Time Warner Cable.”

"We're in negotiations with all of our pay television provider partners," said Mark Shuken, Time Warner SportsNet's executive vice president and general manager. "That includes Dish Network and DirecTV and the telephone companies; that includes all of the cable providers in our territories. ... We are negotiating with them now. We're optimistic we're going to reach agreements with all of them."
The Lakers, meanwhile, are not all that worried about a possible backlash from fans.
"We have concerns about this, but we're not overly concerned," Lakers spokesman John Black said. "One good thing, if you can phrase it that way, about the fans' concern is that it shows how much they care about the Lakers.
"As for Time Warner getting the distribution deals done, they've advised us from the start that situations like this typically go down to the wire, so it's not something unexpected by us. ... We have full confidence in them that they will get the distribution done and that eventually, the service they provide to Lakers fans will be the best ever, and worth the growing pains we're going through at this time."

Sounds like no preseason for sure.
From what I posted, how did you come to that conclusion? Deals are expected close to the October 1st launch of the channel, first preseason game isnt until the 7th.
