Cable suks wish they'd have done they're own channel, I won't switch to TWC I will be at the sports bar or pizza joint. Sorry to those who switch you'll see what I mean.

TWC is great. No complaints now that we FINALLY got NFL Network and RZC. FYI, almost every bar and pizza joint has DirectTV or Dish, almost none have cable. Was just at a local Oggi's today and the manager was freaking out because they dont carry TW and can't. Good luck.

So I just found out that my office has TWC. I'm working right now until 9 and just found sportsnet flipping through the channels

Cancelling direct tv tomorrow it looks like, need my Lakers and Pac 12

Bad decision, especially since there is a 100% probability they will get the lakers channel.

Switching to the garbage also known as TWC is such a poor decision

Just to add to your 2nd point about most bars only having DirecTV, it's true.

Most bars I go to have some type of deal with DirecTV. So it's tough for them to just change providers without[probably] paying a substantial penalty. I mean some of them actually use bar equipment like beer pitchers and towels that say stuff like "DirecTV Sunday Ticket" or some ish on them, so whatever deal they have is probably one they can't get out of right away.

Laker games do bring in plenty of customers though, this new team especially, so it'll be interesting to see what happens.

I rarely agree with any of last stand's posts but this is solid advice. TWC is a complete ripoff. DTV offers good deals via their retention department.

Ummm wtf. I have SportsNet and it says "Blackout" under the listing. I live in Ohio btw. I just ordered this Sports Pass last night and was watching the channel all day, why would it be blacked out...

TWC is by far the worst company to deal with. I cant wait to switch from TW's internet service. So horrible

I have directv & i would never switch to TWC. I'd rather wait for Directv to carry it.. coz theres no way in hell TWC can lock out all these fans. smh.

they can be a pain, then again almost all large companies dont care about customer service anymore. with that said my internet service is pretty good, what wrong with yours?if its inconsistent you might need them to work on the power lines.

TWC is just milking on the panicy Laker fans that switch... Its actually a smart "bidness tactic" they can never compete with DirecTV so they are playing dirty... I wish there was some statistics showing TWC customers before they obtained the Lakers compared to customers on opening night

Same thing for me. I live in NYC and I ordered the premium sports package which gave me Sportsnet. I watched it all last week no problem. But the station blacked out as soon as the game started. Saw the Pre and post game, but not the game itself. they are replaying the game right now, and again, I'm blacked out. I called TWC and they said they would notify their technician.

I'm suspecting that because we are out of intended coverage area that nba games are blacked out because of league pass. If that's the case, I'm cancelling the premium sports package.
