I guess you hate Kobe too then for disregarding others. I hear that more auto accidents and deaths come from cell phone use while driving than drinking and driving. I guess doing something that is illegal and causes fatalities isn't disregard for others? I never read any statistics on deaths from parking in a handicap zone:
Now, from SoB’s “This Is Actually News?” Team: photogs caught Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant cruising down the 405 in a $300,000 Ferrari on Monday while gabbing on his cell phone, which, according to TMZ, is “a major no-no in the state of California.”
Had Kobe been busted by the California Highway Patrol, he would have been subject to a $159 fine if this was his first offense, an amount I’m sure the Black Mamba could scrounge up from the floor of that impressive automobile he’s driving.
And while we would never condone irresponsible driving practices here at the Sportress, I have to say that this little item certainly qualifies as slow news day material, which I suppose means I am complicit in further propagating the story, so who am I to criticize?

Kobe is old-school, and just needs a good blue-tooth. I only use my bluetooth headset or apple earphones/mic whenever I'm making a call. Haven't held a cell to my ear in forever.

wow I was missing Bynum because I like his back to the basket offense but wow after that video seeing all his immature crap in one video was too much for me and I was a huge Bynum supporter
LOL at around :40 seconds when Phil is mocking him from the bench
I also love when he's trying to steal the ball from Steve Blake to pad his stats like that Andre Blatche video

Yeah, I remember when Dwight did that too because he wanted to shoot a three
No really, he did
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

ROFL @ 3:17. I don't know what's funnier: the source being Chris Webber or Steven A. Smith's laugh.

Not much better. His lack of composure under pressure was on full display in the postseason once DEN and OKC forced him out of his sweet spots. No one was expecting him to hit a man with a perfect pass out of the double team for an easy look, just to make the right decision and at least initiate the swing. He couldn't even do that. When faced with a hard double 6-7 feet away from the basket, we were almost guaranteed a botched possession. Not even with Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol reducing the defensive pressure by dragging people away from him could he find the open man. I wouldn't be surprised to see him average close to 4 TOPG next season. He'll get his numbers, but his efficiency will be much lower than it was here in LA. The 49-52% range seems about right.
I have to point out that Kobe and Gasol really did not drag people away from Bynum to reduce defensive pressure, I know hes not a Laker anymore and some of you dont like him but lets be honest. Every team we played had Artest and even Sessions Defender Leave them wide the heck open to either Double Kobe or Double and sometimes even triple Bynum. If we had even 2 consistent outside shooters last year that would not have happened.
Edited to add:
I do however think its funny he is sitting out Training camp and Preseason with a bone bruise. Not a good way to make a first impression on your team mates and a few have already called him on his [expletive]. I am not sure his legs will hold up for an entire season especially seeing as he has picked up a lot of weight, Its all muscle but its a lot of extra weight he is supposedly 290lbs right now.
