Dwight has pretty good footwork, but Kareem could add to his post moves, I don't think he'll master the skyhook but Kareem can help refine parts of Dwight's game he's already good at and add to other parts where he lacks. Seriously in 3 years time he'll have learned from Kareem and Hakeem, what more could a center ask for.

DPOY, MVP, finals MVP all in one year. that'd be awesome. he needs some go to moves and counters first though because he's got the power, length, and speed. just needs the moves

What would be really crazy if he lead the league in FG%, rebounds, and blocks, to go along with that DPOY, MVP, and Finals MVP. Not sure anyone has done that except maybe (off the top of my head with no googling) Bill Russell or Wilt Chamberlain.

Learn some footwork from Kobe, some passes from Nash....work on his free-throws...Kareem can teach him skyhook, maybe like a jump hook which is unstoppable at D12's length.

I think Kareem can also work on Dwights range, Kareem could literally score from anywhere on the court and the simple moves he was able to teach Bynum are simple in nature but a lot of centers don't do them. Because in Kareems words "it's not sexy enough" I was watching DVD of Kareem teaching some of his tactics and those were the words he put for it.

So I think if Dwight learns some footwork from Kareem along with some more things to put in his offensive rep, he'll become a complete center offensively and defensively which is a dangerous combination.
