Look at Alabama: Lose Trent Richardson to the NFL, No problem we got Eddie Lacy, Eddie Lacy banged up, no problem we got Jalston Fowler, lose Jalston Fowler for the season, no problem we got TJ Yeldon, Dee Hart, Kenyon Drake, oh yeh Eddie Lacy is approaching 100% now.
Like I said before, I like USC but Lane Kiffin? Just rubs me the wrong way. I'd be SHOCKED if he led 'SC to a NC...absolutely dumbfounded

did some research today, QB related becausee Vick is stinking it up. so i looked up a ton of QB rankings and what did i find. ryan nassib is a top 10 QB on every draft board i read, CBS.com (#10), Walterfootball.com(#9), NFLdraftscout.com(#8)

So, what are you looking to discuss exactly?
all things i argued, you denied, and i proved right

nothing really. just proving my point that denard robinson is garbage, michigan is below average, and nassib is a legit NFL prospect.
all things i argued, you denied, and i proved right
You argued a lotta bull[expletive]. The only thing that you have to hang your hat on is that Denard Robinson just isn't that good. I'll concede that point but everything else stands.

Just because Nassib threw for over 300 against 'SC's "defense" doesn't mean [expletive]. Because he def wouldn't do that against our pass defense
He's small...but a senior which NFL scouts will like. probably a second round/third round pick

I never claimed he wasn't. At most I said:

small? he's 6-2 230. he's definitely not small. he's got size.

CBSSports.com has Nassib as the 10th QB off the board behind...
1. Matt Barkley
2. Tyler Wilson
3. Geno Smith
4. Tyler Bray (Underclassman)
5. Logan Thomas (Underclassman)
6. EJ Manuel
7. Landry Jones
8. Zac Dysert
9. Aaron Murray (Underclassman)
10. Ryan Nassib
Depends on what these guys do during this upcoming season, who's talking in their ears, and what the draft order looks like in April

typically, pro style size/height is close to 6'4.

brees
rodgers
stafford
sanchez
fitzpatrick
dalton
weeden
locker
romo
ponder
kolb
all 6-3 or under
i'm assuming you meant drop back QBs. otherwise i'd put wilson, vick, and griffin in there as well.
so while 56% of NFL qbs are 6-4, 44% are also 6-3 and under
so i'd say nassib is right in line

I'm looking at some "way too early" mocks right now

i know. i posted that in one of my posts. he's projected as a 3rd rounder. thats damn good.
also did you notice denard robinson isn't even ranked

Peyton Manning
Eli Manning
Ben Roethlisberger
Matt Schaub
Joe Flacco
Matt Ryan
Philip Rivers
Tom Brady
Alex Smith
Sam Bradford
Cam Newton
Josh Freeman
Andrew Luck
Carson Palmer
all these guys are at least 6'4
maybe "small" was the wrong term. he's a slightly undersized QB imo

everyone knows there are exceptions (particularly with brees) so thats why I said "typically".
Peyton Manning
Eli Manning
Ben Roethlisberger
Matt Schaub
Joe Flacco
Matt Ryan
Philip Rivers
Tom Brady
Alex Smith
Sam Bradford
Cam Newton
Josh Freeman
Andrew Luck
Carson Palmer
all these guys are at least 6'4

i would hardly say 44% is exceptions. but yes there are more 6'4" guys, but not by an enormous margin
