MLB just sent out release saying Melky Cabrera suspended 50 games for testing positive for testosterone. Effective immediately.


National League West belongs to the Dodgers now :D

He was a solid hitter with the Yankees but he turned into some hitting machine with the Royals last year and Giants this year. BUSTED

since Melky is and has been the Giants #2 most productive offensive threat all season its safe to say SF wouldn't even be in the playoff hunt if he hadn't been cheating all year. Subtract his juiced up 60 RBI's, 11 HR's and team leading 159 hits and 84 runs and the Giants are fighting for 3rd place with Arizona and struggling to be a .500 team. When one player does this it screws everyone over including his team mates and the fans. Its all bad to know the entire season has been fake when your on the team giving it your all.
And btw scratch that fake all star mvp performance to. just a shame.

since well win the division we don't have to deal with the wild card game

We would've had to waste Kershaw in the wild card game and start the next series game 1 with Billingsly or Capuano against the other teams ace
