Magic logo is to the right of the water bottle. This pic was taken in 2009 while practicing for the NBA Finals.


Can't see it but I'm on my phone so that's probably why. Makes sense since his shoes have the Magic colors

Dwight Injury update

The Lakers training staff, led by head trainer Gary Vitti and head physical therapist Dr. Judy Seto, have recently been integrated into newly acquired center Dwight Howard's rehabilitation from back surgery in April.

Howard has begun working with Vitti's staff while continuing to work alongside his personal trainer, Bryan Meyer. Howard's rehabilitation has been going well, according to Lakers officials, and there have been no setbacks up to this point.

The physical therapy that the six-time All-Star is doing consists of core stabilization, upper and lower body strengthening, light running and shooting.

The team is not giving a timetable for Howard's return to the court at this point. However, they have stated that he will not be ready for the start of training camp or the beginning of the preseason schedule starting on Oct. 7 against Golden State in Fresno.

Very interesting how he brought up the whole Shaq/LA connection. Dwight says he doesn't care about that anymore, that this is where he wants to be and it's his destiny.

^ How does Ric Bucher get that interview? Really? Is he the most deserving person they could find, especially considering how he handled the whole Howard situation himself throughout and flip-flopped repeatedly?
