The Bulls finally sign Marquis Teague – but now they can’t spend more than the rookie man to flesh out the roster – barring a trade/buy-out.

It was something they could have avoided too when they made the Korver deal for a trade exception instead of S&T for Kirk Hinrich.

Also – Dennis Lindsey in as GM of Utah Jazz (a good get btw), Ivan Johnson still restricted and the Hawks don’t have a lot of flexibility to outspend anyone, catching up with Quincy Pondexter at adidas Nation and a joint suit (NBA, NCAA, NFL, MLB and NHL) to try and prevent New Jersey from allowing sports betting.
