I don't think so. He'd be primarily playing against backups. It's not like he'd be going up against LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Carmelo Anthony. World Peace would guard those guys.like i said, hes way to old to play the 3, he would be abysmal on defense
hes going to most likely be playing most of his time at the 4, so kenyon wont even be considered unless he comes for dirt cheap, but we dont really need him because theres not enough minutes

cause theres no 6th Man SF like lebron james that will rip off the head of jamison on 3 so its fine
Do it !

well, even if we did get him, theres not enough minutes to go around since hill resignedI don't think so. He'd be primarily playing against backups. It's not like he'd be going up against LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Carmelo Anthony. World Peace would guard those guys.
also, i doubt MB would play jamison at the 3, he hasnt been playing the 3 in afew years

From what I seen last year with the Clips, K-Mart can still play defense. But I don't he'll get enough playing time with Antawn and Jordan sharing minutes at PF. Antawn hasn't play SF for the past few years. So I don't think the Lakers will move him back at that spot. He would be a disaster defensively at SF.
Jamison on SF on offense and PF on defense. K-Mart PF on offense and SF on defense. Don't know why people have not mention this.

K-Mart is a douche.
Yup, doesn't ever deserve to wear purple and gold even if we needed him, which we don't.

According to the rock-solid @sam_amick, Kenyon Martin is talking to the Lakers and Nets. For the Lakers, it doesn't add up if they have Pau, Jamison, Hill, Bynum and McRoberts - but if they think that out via a Howard trade with Josh out - Kenyon is a very solid add. He's the definition of surly and doesn't have much of any offensive game other than clean-up points - but he can still defend multiple positions and bailed out the Clippers more than once last season -

Ive always like KMart, not his salary. If we can deal mcbob and cash to make room 4 him I'd b more than willing. He will give our front line the grit that we haven't had. But I want a Sg (Etwaun Moore) b4 we sign any1 to insure KB gets his rest
We could sure use grit on the front line with Pau wincing before contact.

Lmao, but yeah. He will give us an added dimension. Kmart and MWP on D would be exciting. We could sure use grit on the front line with Pau wincing before contact.
