Well its a good thing that he walked off instead of being wheelchaired like pierce and wade. haha

He didn't injure his elbow.

The one thing that worries me is that when he did bang his knee, he right way looked at the laker bench and called them out. He must have felt something wrong. He did walk off which was good, but hopefully nothing is serious.

I am thinking the reason he looked right to the bench right away and asked to be taken out was becuase he knew he couldn't risk playing even a little bit hurt cause he doesn't want to really mess it up before season begins. I totally think he is okay. When he walked off the court he looked fine. And he even came back and sat on the bench the rest of the game. He probably wasn't worried about getting back in the game, cause he realizes this is preseason and it means nothing. No use in getting hurt in a preseason game, when you can save your strength and health for regular season games.

He'll be fine. He was laughing and smiling the majority of the time out there. He's not worried about it, so neither should we =]

Blessing in disguise guys, don't worry about this one. Now is the time for Bynum and Gasol to show what they can do, and Kobe will be forced to get the needed rest that he should be getting right now.

It's going to be fine.

Kobe is going to be ready for opening night. Stop overreacting.

Meanwhile at Staples Center, where the Clippers played host to Phoenix, Suns center Shaquille O'Neal told our own Ramona Shelburne, "Wow, I hope he's OK. That's my guy."

Yeah I agree with this, but I'm still hoping for the quickest recovery possible.
