THUG LOVE (this collabo was ill)

2pac was a lyrical poet, none like him since. R.I.P.

I wish you really did fake your death bro, I know so many people would cry tears of joy to see you come back.

I just noticed I left Changes of my top 10 list. Man it's so difficult to name his ten best songs. All of his songs were great. There isn't one song that Pac made where I say man that sucked.

That is what made him so special, he wanted to make music, not put out garbage just to make money, he was never arrogant, and when people pushed him he wasn't afraid to push back (even harder).

We won't ever see another guy like 2pac, but its to no ones surprise, 2pac was an incredibly unique individual and there will always be a black hole where he once stood.

Nobody can take his place, they'd just get sucked in behind his shadow, just an incredible artist who was a prime example of being larger than life.

man.... -sighs-

Why did it have to all end the way it did? :(

I recently rediscovered this gem.

You can argue that the Me Against The World album is as good as if not even better than All Eyez On Me.

In my opinion it is better than All Eyez On Me. But if you're a huge fan anyway, it's really difficult to rank Pac's albums (except the 2 lates ones which suck donkey balls).

Yeah it's a hard thing to do.

Most of his posthumous albums are [expletive] except The 7 Day Theory which was released 2 months after Pac was killed. What's interesting about that album is that there are a lot of unheard/underground type of producers who made the beats. It's not the usual Johnny J, Dre, Daz Dillinger ..

Actually there is a 2Pac thread, but it's been pretty inactive for a while now.

http://lakernation.c...h__1#entry12558

3, i started a tupac thread on here a long time ago

http://lakernation.com/forums/index.php?/topic/14056-the-official-tupac-amaru-shakur-thread/page__p__242699__hl__%2Btupac+%2Bamaru+%2Bshakur__fromsearch__1#entry242699

for some reason they always die...

i'll repost my favorite not so mainstream pac gems that i posted in that thread here, maybe i'll try to add video later to the ones that haven't already been posted

nothing to lose
secretz of war
high speed
killuminati
lil homies
hellrazor
letter 2 my unborn
holla at me
lost souls
last ones left
as the world turns
heaven ain't hard to find
teardrops and closed caskets

maybe 3rd times the charm for pac threads and this one stays alive

Do y'all think Pac is still alive? There's been alot of speculation that he is still alive over the years. Suge Knight said this year he never saw Pac's body after he supposably died.

I used to think so, but not anymore.

Of course Pac hasn't been alive. There'd be no reason for him to idly sit by and watch some of these clowns produce so-called rap

Something you've probably never heard. One of my favourite Pac remixes (one of the few I like). It's a shame it's only 1 verse :eh:

Disagree, songs aren't even comparable, Pacs is a classic. To each their own. No reason to come in a Pac thread and dish that out though.
