This is the first time in quite some time (to say the least) the Red Sox have had this bad of a season and it's obviously their new manager's first season. Any chance in your guys' opinion his job's in jeopardy?
Why did they get rid of Francona in the first place? He never did that horribly to be honest.

They have had more injured players than any other MLB team. I'd give him another year..

^ That is true, however, in my opinion along with some others, they are still deep enough that regardless, they should be doing better than what they're doing.

Team is stacked with talent, huge payroll too.
But some dudes are having off years, and like GP said, lots of injuries.
They'll bounce back strong next season. I don't see them getting on a role and making some noise this season though.
