Myp2p is pretty good with the quality. It does lag sometimes though.

If they lag you need a better net connect or an upgrade in ram/gpu.
I'm on a piece of [expletive] computer and the vids don't lag for me (my computer has a ati radeon xpress 200 card, its a dinosaur).
