Step 1:
Keep Nash, Kobe, MWP, Gasol, Bynum
Step 2:
Keep Jamison, Hill, Morris, and Ebanks
Trade McBob, Blake, and Eyenga for Devin Harris
Trade Goudelock for a 2nd round pick ( maybe with Cleveland)
Try to sign Redd, Meeks, or T-Mac
Barnes is a free agent. if we can not sign anyone else, try to get him back
Realistic LA trade idea

Devin Harris just got traded I doubt he'll get traded again so soon without a test run.

When he's asked why Kobe doesn't tweet, @thugraider37 said he offers this reply: "Does God tweet?"

We don't need a 2nd rounder, we may as well trade players for lottery tickets we have a better chance at winning the lotto than scoring a good player from the 2nd round when NBA talent is drying up.

IMO
1. We should keep all the guys you said.
2. Use the few assets we have (McRobs, Blake, Ebanks, Goudelock, Morris, picks and so on) in getting quality assets, such as a combo-guard like Jodie Meeks, or a wing like Brandon Rush.
3. If that dont work, then resign Barnes and use mini-midlevel on a combo-guard.
