Spider Man was ok nothing special Spiderman 1 with Toby was better. Have not seen TDK but i hear its worth seeing but not better than DK2 and it gets slow and boring at times

This is an easy answer: The Dark Knight Rises
The Amazing Spider-Man was good but it wasn't spectacular. There was no wow factor in the movie. The plot was straightforward and you kinda knew what will happen next.
Meanwhile, the Dark Knight Rises was intense and a lot plot twist.

Yea spiderman was cheesy and wasnt that good only reason I can say it was an above avg movie was because of Emma Stone was in it lol

The Amazing Spiderman just wasn't the same with the new cast. It was a good movie, but no where close to TDKR. I still like the TDK more than TDKR though, it's going to be hard to top Heath Ledger as the Joker.
