The Los Angeles Clippers have waived forward Ryan Gomes under the amnesty provision outlined in the NBA’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

In 32 games played last season, Gomes averaged 2.3 points and 13.3 minutes per game.

I wouldn't mind inviting him to camp and see how he does. Just to see if he still has anything left. Wouldn't hurt.

Has anything left? He is only 30, and when he received good playing time he was actually a good contributor. Seeing as we dont have a back up 3 right now and he can play the 2 I say give him a look.

All I want for Christmas is a Laker girl :D

^ That's why I'm saying. I'm pretty sure he does since he was as you say a 'solid contributor' before the Clippers got too loaded depth-wise and he fell out of the rotation. Definitely worth at least an invite/look.
