I've lost interest in baseball since the Angels lost.

Everyone is saying that this series is gonna be exciting but I really think it's gonna be as boring as the Seahawks-Steelers Superbowl. :D

I would love to see the Rays win it. Joe Maddon had been a huge part of the Angels for a long time and I would love to see him finish their incredible season with a championship.

Phillies. Born in PA the year before Philly's last championship, lived in PA for 23 years, a fan my whole life.

Rays.

Phillies beat the Dodgers, no way in hell I would cheer for them UNLESS it was against the Red Sox or Angels.

Rays are fun to watch, Longoria has a bright future in this league.

By the way, just curious, cuz curiosity kills, at least for me, what is Longoria? Like yeah, his last name is Latino/Hispanic sounding, and I know there are Latinos/Hispanics of all kinds, some look white, some look black, indian, other just mixes, etc.. but I can't find anywhere where it says what he is? Anybody know? My best guess personally would be he's probably literally half caucasian, half latino/hispanic, but don't know for sure.

Nvm, found out, he's half Mexican, half Ukrainian.
Born in Downey, California like myself, awesome.

I live in Venice, FL. Which is about an hour and a half away from Tampa.
People are going crazy down here for the Rays.
BUT!! A lot of people have just jumped on the bandwagon, since the Rays are actually good this year. Which I don't really like...not true fans. Before this year you hardly ever heard about them, becuase they weren't good.
Now that they are a really awesome team and actually winning, everyone LOVES them. Kind of annoying.

I, for one, don't really follow baseball. I have been to a few Rays games in the past. Like 5 years ago...haha. When they totally sucked.

So, I don't really care who wins. But, I will be watching, cause my friend is a HUGE Phillies fan, so we'll be watching together. And, hey, it's good sports. So you can count me in.

I guess it would be nice to see my hometown win though :badmood:
But if they don't, I won't lose any sleep over it.

wow Utley

first pitch blows an easy bunt to get on base

second pitch, fastball down the middle and he's late on it

third pitch another fastball down the middle and just looks overpowered

2 pitches later, fastball down the middle, home run

damn
