he can score, he is already used to coming off the bench. the Mav's don't seem to be pushing to hard to get him back. Kobe can shift to the 3 when he comes in to spread the floor.
he knows how to fit into his role, and what it takes to win.

I don't see us being able to get ELITE level players... and we need veterans who know their roles and how to fill them. Kobe doesn't have enough years in those leg's to build through the draft.

this solves one of MAJOR issues... which is bench production.
