I have a 42 inch Samsung LCD, but 120hz, and i like it much better. Played all kinds of PS3 games, including FPS extensively, like MW1, MW2, Black Ops, Medal Of Honor, and Battlefield 3, and never notice any issues.
When i get a new TV in my room, i'll probably go at least 46 inches and 240hz tho.

I don't trust the 60Hz LCDs for gaming...particularly fighting games. I'm a committed Tekken player and I had a bad experience with lag at a tournament so 60Hz/LCD is pretty much outta the question for gaming.

Samsung is the best in the business.
Yeh, they're a solid brand.
Looking at a Samsung - 40" Class - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - HDTV right now on BestBuy but one thing I forgot to mention is that I'm looking for a TV with the "Game Mode" function as well

LED in the 60-70" range. My 46" seems small

I got a 55" and anything smaller is hard to watch now
I could see that being a big problem. It's like when I go on vacation( yes I watch TV everywhere) and have to deal with SD or small [expletive]ty TV's
I've already told myself not to get anything smaller than 60". Got a 46" right now. 70" might be too big for my living room.
definitely LED. Trying to save on power. LED runs cooler too.
