His averages were damn solid I can't believe even I forgot. 30.7 points 7 rebounds 5.7 assists and shooting 48%.

he was doing things like this at such a young age, thats whats amazing imo
The most amazing thing to me is he is still arguably the best player in the NBA after like 12 years

People really tend to forget really quick. Sick series by Kobe.
I agree. It's almost like people take for granted how good he was back then or like you said, just forget. Kobe and Shaq at this time was just an incredible duo to watch. Pure dominance during their 2001 playoff run. It's just crazy when you think about it.
Doug Collins was talking about VC and Iverson and how good they were and now one is out of the league and the other is a shell of himself. all of the players that were compared to Kobe through out his career are not even close to his level all time. It's pretty amazing that Kobe has been in the league for so long and he still is a top player. He may not be the best in the league anymore due to his age and mileage on his body but the fact that he is still being compared to LeBron, Wade, Durant, etc. with all of the years he has played is remarkable.
