Always warms my heart seeing the Celtics lose, especially when they're that close to the Finals.

yea, that was kind of the point...they're bad in closeout games, but have won a lot of series' after losing their 1st closeout game

obviously not tonight...haha, so much for that...guess they really don't have anything left in the tank

People make themselves belive the Heat will lose but LBJ playing too good to lose unless LBJ chokes again like he did last year i dont see LBJ loosing

Dude its not all about one player. Durant will probably put up 30 a game too but the rest of the thunder team is much better. There bench is really good.

I would've much rather seen them get wrecked in the finals. As a basketball fan though, doesn't get any better than OKC/Miami

It is easy when you play Atlanta (twice), Philadelphia, and an eighth seeded Chicago team.

you're reading too much into this...i just wanted miami to lose, i don't give a damn about boston and wasn't planning on researching stuff...just wanted miami to lose, lol, that is all...never said boston was great in close out games, just thought they'd take this one and pointed out that it wouldn't be the first time they blew a closeout game and won the series

These playoffs have been some bull[expletive] anyway. Injuries and the compacted season have ensured that the younger, more fresh teams are in the finals. Just like Mr. Stern wanted.

The East playoffs would have looked much different if a lot of those injuries didn't occur.

How big was Chris Bosh last night? Made 3/4 3s. The dude was knocking down his open jumpers, defending, passing, essentially playing like an All star. They dont look so beatable now with him in there

I am sure all true laker fans were happy to see the celtics lose last nght. :glasses:
"The way Steve is as a teammate, the way he sets the tone, the way the team kind of takes on his persona. As a coach, that's the best thing in the world. It's easy to coach. He's taking care of the chemistry. You just coach."
