yeh, fassbender played magneto in xmen first class and from the reviews I've read, seems like he stole the show

Yea idk if you watch any independent movies but he's been in some really good ones these last few years he's a really strong actor

Oh well he's the main reason I wanna see this and now that you say reviews claim that he stole the show I'm more intrigued.

All of the major players (Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green) deliver enjoyable, or at the very least believable, performances. However, despite solid work from everyone involved, both Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender offer especially memorable turns as Dr. Shaw and David, respectively. Fassbender’s David is easily one of the most fascinating (and disturbing) characters of 2012 – and Rapace holds nothing back in a number of especially challenging scenes

Funny thing is his first movie was 300. He's 35. Very weird for a guy to get famous at 29 and do his first movie at that point as well. Not the normal path

It's a movie as comfortable being smart as it is being dumb, quiet as it is loud. It does, in short, what so few franchise installments these days do: makes you hope for still more.

FASSBENDER being an android/machine is a spoiler since he's a new character. Not unless David (his character) was an android in the previous movies which I def don't remember there ever being a character by that name
