We give up Bynum and Gasol
We get Howard and Ellis
Why we do it: Ellis will be willing to play as the point playing alongside Kobe. He can create his own shot and is a very good scorer gives Kobe some cushion. Howard has been a drama queen this year but this team would dominate with Ellis, Kobe, and Dwight on the floor.
Why Magic do it: They give up a drama queen and get a young talented Bynum and as a filler Scola who will help with their frontcourt.
Why Bucks do it: Kevin Martin hasn't been doing too hot this season but he can regenerate in Milwuakee replacing Ellis. Parsons will help with depth and he is still very young.
Why Rockets do it: They've followed Gasol and have been requesting to trade for him for ages. Him and Lowry will thrive with McHale as a coach. J Rich is still a solid player he will be great either off the bench or starting.
IDEA: Howard and Ellis! BEST POSSIBLE TRADE

It's neat on paper. But we need depth. You find a trade where we trade both our bigs for that and depth, I'll fedex you a cookie.

I like that we get Howard and Ellis BUT, I just dont see the Bucks trading Ellis for another guard when they can be better rolling out Ellis and Jennings. I see them only trading Ellis for a bigman.

Almost no chance of it happening...
Trading SUPER-STAR players is hard...
Pulling multi-team trades off is hard...
Now, pulling a 4 team trade off with one superstar, multiple STAR players, and other Good-Great players..
In-freaking-possible...
