Bynum played an entire postseason with a torn mcl and another full postseason with a torn meniscus

Heart isn't the issue. Focus? Maybe

I kind of agree. He might be a mental midget?

I still cant belive all you want to trade bynum. Ya he's a little imatture but remmeber he's 24. Kobe was also a immature person at that age. He's gonna be the best center in the nba so calm the [expletive] down. If we trade him it would be the worst thng to ever happen to the lakers. He's the only chance we have at a championship for many years

That was before he played like a [expletive] anytime he had to really fight this year, I already knew Pau was soft but I expected way more from Drew in the heart department

I don't buy that.

Kobe wants to win. above all else.

Kobe knows that he can win as a Laker. It's just about deepening the bench. A Championship team can still be built around Kobe that's the point. But let's be honest, we only had 2 bench players this entire series. Once the dead weight is gone in the off season and we get younger pieces we'll be fine. Like I said we're close already, just need to deepen our bench. Beasley is a step in the right direction.

Chucks prediction jinxed the Lakers.

Bynum is not a franchise player - he simply does not have the mental strength.

He will be ok as a 3rd scoring option.

Yes he is 24 .. but after 7 yrs in the league .. you do not change dramatically

Can't let 2 games you had in your hand (game 2 and 4) and expect to win a series against a team like OKC.
"The way Steve is as a teammate, the way he sets the tone, the way the team kind of takes on his persona. As a coach, that's the best thing in the world. It's easy to coach. He's taking care of the chemistry. You just coach."

Hats off to Kobe. We coming back at them next season, but hopefully not with the current roster. Lol

Kobe's days of getting 30-40 for us are far from over. But the days of Gasol giving us 20-13 are sadly.

We will be a much deeper and prepared team next season and it's very impressive what we were able to do this season in spite of everything.

That said next year coming back with Beasley, and a deeper younger bench is going to be a great feeling. Knowing that the dead weight of Barnes, Murphy and Ebanks will be gone. Though I'm gonna go out on a lim and say they give Ebanks another chance if they can't resign Odom for veterans minimum. Goudelock Beasley and Odom being on our bench will be extremely helpful next year.
