We need to shoot better. Blake upped his game, now it's Barnes' turn.

Just like Thunder's low TO count was anomaly in Game 1, 41/42 FT stats was anomaly yesterday. It won't happen again. We need to keep banging from inside. Sessions knows what he has to do, so I see him doing just that again. The key for this game seems to be rebounding, IMO. If we rebound well, we'll win. We can't give up 10+ offensive rebounds. Especially to their guards, Westbrook and Harden.

To me, the reason Thunder is still in this is because of 2 major plan.

1. Durant - Perkins : Screen and roll. Most of Durant's points came from that tactic. We need to do a better job defending that and settle Durant for long jumpers.

2. Harden : I can't believe there isn't an help defender when it's needed. Bigs need to do a better job getting his way and forcing him to shoot above them. He always takes the contact, whether he forces or not refs always whistle the call.

If we solve these two problems, which IMO are easy to solve with our group, we'll win this series 4-2.

According to Thunder fans, the refs helped us this game. Do they not see how unguardable the NBA has made Harden? Dude gets a call just for walking up the court

We shot 42 free throws that's probably why.

We'll need another 30 FTA's to win this game.

Hopefully Harden doesn't get to the line every time he drives to the basket.

Dominating the paint will do that sometimes

Get the W! If the Lakers win tonight's game, the thunder will think twice about them being the better team.

Didn't the thunder shoot like 30 FTs as well. The disparity wasn't bad

42 for the Lakers and 28 for the Thunder. Anytime a team has over 40 FTA fans will complain, whether it is legitimate or not.

Has everyone forgotten that in 2010 series OKC was +69 in FTA at home and Lakers were +4 at home? Or does that not fit your narrative?

We earned those free throws. But yeah, it most likely will not happen again. But hopefully the refs stop sucking Harden's dick and hopefully our bench shows up.
Also, Bynum needs to shoot better and it would help if Kobe shot around .500 and our big three outscored theirs. In all honesty if one of these things happen, we'll probably win. Must win lets tie up this series Lakers!!!

Let's get it done, we will not go quietly into the night.

Seasons the Celtics lost ECF when Lakers won the championship (7): 1953, 1954, 1972, 1980, 1982, 1988, 2002
In NBA history, the Lakers have finished better than the Celtics by a margin of 41-25!

The blueprint to defend and beat OKC is there, now just time to go out and do the things necessary to get a W.

How will the Lakers be physically on tonight's back to back? How will the Thunder respond to their first loss in these playoffs and first L since April 25th? Can Kobe give us another solid game?

Tonight's game should be a battle. This is what playoff basketball is all about. Let's head back to OKC tied at 2-2

Come on Barnes, need you today more than ever. We need some perimeter Defense and 3 point shooting. I dont know how much Gasol, Kobe and Bynum have in the tank
