What type of moves do we need to make this offseason?
IMO we need to do three things regardless of what happens in the playoffs:
Sign Andrew Bynum to a long-term deal. We sure as [expletive] do not want to get into a situation like the whole Orlando-Howard situation. If we cant lock him up long term, then we need to trade him.
Keep Matt Barnes, Jordan Hill and Ramon Sessions if possible.
Trade Josh McRoberts, Devin Ebanks and Steve Blake.
What do you guys think?

Well, I'd say what we need to acquire most is a better bench and an excellent 3 point shooter that can consistently make open shots.
As far as what we might give up to get that, I suppose it'd be Steve Blake, Josh McRoberts, and maybe Matt Barnes.

Get Ersan Ilyasova, Taj gibson or mike dunleavy, and a PG like darren collision (or a PG that plays good D, great 3 point shooter, great passer)

I envision Pau and the MLE bringing back another starting PF and a wing player that can play starting minutes, whether as the starter or the 6th man. Metta won't go anywhere because of his contract and I think the Lakers will save the amnesty in case Kobe drastically declines, so the Lakers will give him another chance.
I'm not completely opposed to Sessions because he's still young and can improve a lot after being with the Lakers longer. But, I can see the Lakers getting another PG if they can get a good deal through free agency or by trade.
