Absolutely my friend! The Western Conference always have 4-5 teams that can contend for the ring every single year. Meanwhile in the East, there are only 2 or maybe 3 teams that can contend every year. The other 5 teams are fodder for the 1 or 2 seed.

I wish the Lakers could play a team like the Celtics, 76ers, or Pacers in the second round. The Eastern Conference is a joke and has been for a long while now.

There are actually afew teams in the east that are short a player or two in order to become contenders like The pacers or the knicks.
