Dammit Andrew, shut your mouth.

Man I hope this kid grows up quick.

Why..
dude, you dont realize this, but you are what's wrong with the sports media.
Every BLACK ATHLETE better be like derek jeter or derek Fisher, or they are IMMATURE.

Has this dude been to jail?
DUI?

All he does is give the media something to talk about..
You need to be more mature and realize that ATHLETES aren't robots and what he says..especially stuff like this, means absolutely NOTHING..
UGH, i'm tired of NERDS in the media, trying to get revenge on the JOCKS, by painting these pictures
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

Wasn't it not too long ago that Bynum said he finally gets it? That he needs to be dominant on the defensive end for this team to win? What a [expletive]ing liar. So [expletive]ing lazy it's pathetic.

yo.

I disagree.

This is the first season where he is actually getting media attention for something other than an injury. He's still 24 years old.

From what I gather in all of his interviews, he's comfortable being honest but has not yet learned the art of BS'ing the media when needed. He's blunt and that may be his personality but after receiving so much attention, players tend to start being tired of the media and constant dumb questions.

But then again, he may never learn that art. Shaq gave great interviews being blunt. There's nothing wrong with it. No one cared when Shaq called our rivals the Sacramento Queens. No one worried about him calling other teams in the media or running his mouth.. But because Bynum does it, all of a sudden he's stupid and should shut his mouth? It is what it is but I personally don't see a problem with it.

he maybe hasnt had much interviews earlier in his career but players in the NBA know how to be PC, they know what the right things to say are, sure he says dumb things sometimes but I don't believe he is that naive. He knows what he's doing, he likes to speak bluntly and that's fine with me, but there is the time and place to do so; not before a knockout playoff game against a team that is already coming with a need to survive mentality.

No [expletive].

At least Hill/Pau/Kobe didn't say 'close out games are easy'.

He hasn't done [expletive]. This is Kobe Bryant's team and Andrew Bynum has been second and third fiddle on championship teams. All Star? 2nd team all NBA? been in the league for seven years

he doesn't have that type of status to be giving bulletin board material to opposing teams.

Shut the [expletive] up

Pau Gasol is GONE

Uh no, when Shaq would talk [expletive] about the queens he would actually come out and play.
