It's pretty incredible how relevant and great he's been for as long as he's been. Most players drop off condierably. I.e Grant Hill (injuries, I know) Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady, A.I., but Kobe's still truckin' along as one of the greatest in the league.

Kobe has smartened up since his slump. Instead of dribbling for most of his shots he's posting up. Moving off screens and that's giving him energy to take those isolation shots.

Yeah that stuck out in my mind during the game last night. Especially when he did that shoulder bump and pushoff on Corey Brewer then nailed the jumpshots...shades of MJ and Bryon Russell. Only Superstars get away with that.
