Don't worry, Super Lin will come back to save them.

I wonder how the NY media is going to respond to the officiating in this game. Lol.

Not all LeBron. Him and Shane were sharing him all game. He seems scared/nervous out there

Boston-Miami ECF. Only team that can really handle Mia but they'd still lose

Heard Rose injury is not final yet

No he isn't. This is one season. Grant hill had this for seven straight.
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

Shump was a huge L. But watch how NY bounces back. Woodson will coach them up.

I was in class and checked the score when it was around 29-32 and messaged my friend that I'd come over near the start of the 4th. No clue what the score was at that point, I arrive and I see the Heat up by about 32 points. One quick look at the boxscore and a recap from my friend told me all I needed to know. Horrible officiating, shameful flopping, and the Heat were GIFTED this game. I think the Knicks are screwed if Shumpert is out.

Shumpert with a torn ACL, the Knicks have no shot at defending Wade and LeBron now.

The officiating was bad in the first half, and the Knicks basically quit. But how can you discount 3-15 shooting from Melo (collective team shooting of 35%), and great defense from Miami? Stoudemire was a ghost after his two made field goals in the first quarter. Chandler gets a pass because he had the flu, and just looked out of it. The loss of Shumpert kills them. Melo is going to need another Boston game 2 performance to tie this going back to the garden.

Miami knew the whistle was in their favor and exploited it with flops. If the refs are going to give the best player in the game every call, no way the Knicks are winning.

Nobody wants to hear this for whatever reason, but Ed Malloy tossed Paul Pierce in game 1 against the Heat last season for jawing with Wade. He called a flagrant 2 against Chandler after Lebron's flop, and was on Miami's side all game. Smells fishy to me.

Saw the game up until like midway the third quarter. I should've just stopped watching at halftime really though after that 2nd quarter, which was basically the story of the game. Free throws, flops, & turnovers sums it up.

yo.

Take away the bad officiating, and the Knicks still shot horribly, couldn't stop LeBron, and it all went as expected.

Hate all you want, but don't let it stain your posts. LeBron and the Heat are strong, strong contenders, and James is the MVP for a reason.
