Most nude scenes like that you see, if the face isn't shown in accordance with it, is a stunt body.
Happens all the time.
You don't show your naked body (as a woman) unless you want your career to be derailed into only that. Bigger named actresses typically don't get naked until their careers have stalled or they're trying to get back in the limelight.
