Wow man, this is crazy. So disappointing. New Jersey has got a TON of confidence and momentum now, even more after this latest win. If Kings don't seriously finish business here in L.A. tomorrow, I'm not so sure anymore. The momentum and confidence New Jersey will have might just be too much to overcome sadly. Kings have got to handle tomorrow. You can't even say they're unbeatable and undefeated on the road anymore.

Kings end it tomorrow. Winning a championship is never easy.

I'm personally tired of the Kings fans who are whining about not sweeping and saying they choked. Last I checked the Kings still had the series lead.

Whether its 4-0, 4-2 or 4-3, winning a title is winning a title. When they lost game 4, Idk why people were surprised they lost game 5. Idc if they were undefeated on the road, NJ is a prideful hockey franchise and were not going away quietly.

Kings still outshot NJ in game 5, with 2-3 shots off the post. It's time for them to take care of their business tonight.. I personally thought they'd be in this position before game 4. NJ had never been swept before and I knew a NJ game 4 win would result in a game 5 W as well.

Are the Kings being outplayed? Outside of the lackadaisical performance in game 4.... No. They have been the dominant team but hockey, like soccer, ends in weird results and not always does the better team win. They'll get it tomorrow.

Brodeur is getting bombarded with numerous shots on goal...

Then again...Devils on the wrong end of 4 penalties, one of which a double minor, another a major penalty

edit: make that 5 penalties

The Kings are the only LA team that I don't like. I don't know why. I don't even watch much hockey, but I've never liked the Kings

it's about fricken time.

only hockey game I ever went to was in the early 90s at the GW Fourm. kings vs the caps. it was really fun.

not a fan, but never mad when local teams do well.

What a game... That 5 min. major was incredible with 3 goals scored.. Hockey players are the best example of character and hard work without the ego. I want to touch that Cup this time. I missed it when the Ducks won a few years ago.

"The way Steve is as a teammate, the way he sets the tone, the way the team kind of takes on his persona. As a coach, that's the best thing in the world. It's easy to coach. He's taking care of the chemistry. You just coach."
