Kemp a triple crown threat?


This guy is so good. I remember when he was first called up to the league...
Him and Either are huge...

Kemp almost had the triple crown last year, he might get it this year...
It is a sure chance

Hes a little different player now. Hes a legit power hitter who can run but thats not his role on the team. The league leader has 10 and Kemp has only 2, I haven't seen him run much this year so I dont think he can get to 50 stolen bases or lead the league in it. I do however think he can get to 20 stolen bases.

Ethier is more than a singles hitter now so Matt doesn't have to run as much

Based loaded nobody out, Kemp, Ethier and Rivera blew it. Only so much those guys can do. Our offense is piss poor right now outside of Kemp and Ethier and bullpen sucks...I hate Elbert and MacDougal.

Scored more than 4 runs in only 1 of the last 7 games. We still in 1st place for now, hope the sale of the team happens quickly so we can start trading for some players.

Dodgers sale is final. They belong to that Guggenheim group and Magic now.

The deadline will be an interesting time for the Dodgers because they will have the resources to get something done. I think this new ownership will want to make a move that shows the fans they are committed to winning. After everything the Dodgers and their fans have been through under McCourt, I don't see how new ownership can let the deadline just pass them by and not make a single big move. That would not be the way to win the fans over.

Until the deadline (or an injury), I don't see them making any trades to improve the team. BUT I do expect an Ethier extension to get done sooner than later. It's been heavily rumored that this is the #1 priority on the new ownerships list of things to do.

Just saw glimpses of tonight game due to the playoffs but glad we pulled that one out. Saw us go up 7-0 and by the time the 9th inning game and it was 7-6 I was getting nervous.
