Great bounce back win for the Dodgers. Getting production from Loney/Uribe was key. Loney starting to really hit the ball well.

Actually the play where he was called out at first after Ethier got thrown out at home was the correct call. Once you take a step toward second base, that's considered rounding the bag.

As for the makeable play (assuming you're talking about the drop at the end of the game), that play is so damn hard to make, whether your in HS, College or the Bigs, it doesn't get easier. I thought he was going to make the catch but I wasn't shocked he dropped it either.

The Dodgers will get the W tonight. I'm very happy with the quality of ball they are playing right now. Can't wait till May 1st when new management takes over. We need that other bat. Our power guys Uribe and Rivera are not going to do much for us. Both Ellis's, Gordon, and Loney are not going to hit many home runs for this squad. Loney is not a prototypical first baseman, more line drive hitter than anything else.

Guerra blows it again, but MVP Matthew Kemp saves the day. Great pitching duo by the way too and it's a joy to watch Strasburg. You have to just appreciate his ability. It was exciting to see that Bryce Harper kid's debut as well.

What I mean is smiling at the lack of success the Dodgers' now current closer is having.

Guerra is struggling just a little bit. He'll be fine. This guy is a bona fide All star. If you can save 27 out of 30 games during a stretch you're good enough to close, he's just in a small slump, Id rather have him experience it now rather than later

Kemp is killin it. I haven't seen Dodger stadium this lively since 2009.
