Anyone here planning on getting Diablo III? Tried the beta recently on my friends battle net account and I have to admit, it was pretty fun. (First diablo game I've played.) Debating on pre-ordering Collectors edition, it depends on how many of my friends are going to play this game though.




Edit: Here are my characters from beta. Beat it on monk first then tryin' out the demon hunter class. Monk is pretty kick ass.

When I was a kid, I played the first Diablo. Also played Diablo II + Expansion. Been waiting for this to come out for a while (they keep pushing back the release date). Going to get this though, ferrsure

Haven't played the other two but man this one is so fun. I think I like the monk overall. My demon slayer almsot got raped against 3 of those fat dudes.

Played 1 and 2 when I was a kid. Just picked up my copy from gamestop! went to midnight release, got the game installed.

now im just waiting for the servers to go live.. should be another 18 minutes!

Im gonna play Monk on my first walk through. let me know if you wanna do a party sometime that would be cool! (no homo)

thats what happens when you only have one server up and everybody logged in AT THE SAME TIME!! it shouldve been gradual.. like east coast first.. then central.. then PDT.

its like fitting 30 dudes into 1 chick.. smh

Started playing a bit, it is really laggy online, or is it just me?

Haven't played online yet.. I've played the single campaign today for a 2 hours it's really nice!

Just sent ya a PM. I got to ACT 2 with a party, but I am..... going to back to Act 1 and finishing up a few quests since I joined my friends party (they were level 18) going to re-do it lol. Not sure when I will be on with work and graduation parties the up coming days. I'll accept ya though.

Still pondering if i should buy Diablo 3.

Is it worth it? can you guys rate the game?

It is fun lol. This is my first diablo game so I cannot really give you a score. I have read that Blizzard is letting people try out the 'beta' for free before buying the game.

I played Diablo I & II bu it was way back when I was a little kid.

Diablo III is actually a lot f fun, I didn't plan on buying this game until I got to play during their beta weekend (mainly because I'm a console gamer)

Graphics have vastly improved since the last game (well as it should, it's been 12 years)

The only negatives I can' give about this game is

1. You have to be connected online if you want to play single player campaign. I understand multiplayer you have to be online but single player???? Foreal?? And for the past 3 days servers for the America's had been up & down so you can't really schedule your gaming. Maybe later on it'll e more stable but don't hold your breath.

2. Would be when you level up you dot get to spend your vitality/dexterity/int/etc. on what points you want to level up. Back In diablo II you could but in Diablo III the computer lvls it up for you. Wish it wasn't like that though.

So for now my rating for this game would be 8.5/10

I would've given it a strong 9 but the server issues I just can't deal with. Sorry.

Oh I hear ya about the servers lol. Yo Rikimaru why didnt oyu just play with us yesterday? Lol, you could of gained some mad levels!!! I went to bed after you went on though. My friend took me to the ending and got some pretty decent equips. Playing through the game now to gain some levels. Currently level 21 I think?

I would've but as soon as I logged in mu Comcast cable decided to do maintenance for 1 hour. FML!
