Niners signed all 11 of their starters on defense from last season plus they added Manningham and Moss as their wide receivers. Plus an added bonus that they have one of the best kicking units in the league.

I don't remember seeing any other Niner fans around until they started winning this year lol..
of course Young says that lol. it's Steve Young. he could barely hide the smirk on his face cuz he knows its true.It will be interesting to see if Peyton chooses either the Titans or 49ers and how those teams adjust because they both are primarily run teams (although the Titans were a lot more pass oriented last season) with Chris Johnson and Frank Gore respectively.

i also forgot to mention our running game. as long as Gore stays healthy + the nice speed from hunter and knowing Harbaugh is a win NOW coach it's just too perfect a scenario.

I was also a Manning supporter during the 49ers dark years. His was the only Jersey I had because I had to root for someone during the playoffs. Plus his rival was Boston so he was the obvious choice to root for. And now there's a chance he might be able to play for my team... dreams can come true.... lolAs a Manning supporter I hope he goes to SF cuz he deserves to end his career with some rings.

There was absolutely nothing to brag about or look forward to or be happy about. They just plain sucked and kept giving Smith a chance. We had nothing to fire back about if we tried to support our team. The "official 49ers thread" died rather quickly. But if you look VERY closely you'll find the supporters scattered around... lol.
True lol... ppl would be like "are you serious?" when i'd tell them I was a Niner fan

"Impossible is just a big word used by small men who find it easier to live the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, It's an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."

The 49ers offensive time of possession will more than double. That will make their defense better than they were last season, or atleast appear to be better, whatever way ya wanna slice that hair. But the 49ers allowing less yards per game is a definite because the other team is gonna have the ball less. Games like 49ers vs the Rams isnt even fair...lol
