We need a quick skilful Point guard badly so why not go for a lesser name but who can come and make a big impact.
We should make the three way trade with the Wolves and Blazers. Send Blake away and acquire Beasley but make sure Portland release the rights of Patty Mills so our Lakers can sign before tomorrow. We will then have a lightning quick PG and a great small forward.
Our starting 5 will look like this
F - Beasley
PF - Gasol
C - Bynum
SG - Bryant
PG - Mills
all of a sudden we are a genuine threat again and all we have given up is Steve Blake
