Take Derrick Williams and picks for Pau (possibly be set at PF for the foreseeable future).

Trade Luke's expiring horrific trainwreck of a contract next season.
Cut Fisher.
Let Kapono, Murphy, Barnes walk.
Rebuild with picks and GOOD free agents. I don't care if this wastes Kobe's last 2-3 seasons. I'm a Laker's fan. I'd rather are team be set to win for the next 10 years then next 2.
PS: I know I throw crazy ideas out there when I'm at work early in the morning, but this one I'm serious about. Pau's stock is not as high as you guys think it is. If we don't get the best offer now, the offers are going to be even worse next season and we're just gonna be stuck until he's an expiring contract.
