He's solid - ish, but he's their only player at the 3, and he's very cheap, so i think they'll hold onto him, unless they get another 3 back.

Is he tough enough? You guys need to think about defending LeBron, Luol Deng, Paul Pierce and Durant everytime you post about SF. I don't know anyone other than MWP who consistantly defends these guys that well. MWP maybe an offensive disaster most of the time but Casspi getting 20 per game at the SF spot wont mean jack if the opposing SF scores 33 per game.

Casspi's could only help us with offense. Bring in Peace when you play against those guys.Is he tough enough? You guys need to think about defending LeBron, Luol Deng, Paul Pierce and Durant everytime you post about SF. I don't know anyone other than MWP who consistantly defends these guys that well. Metta have actually been good for the past couple of weeks, but in the first two months he have been awfull (like 5 ppg shooting .200 from 3). If Metta can keep up this type of play and with a guy like Barnes playing well perhaps we dont need to make a run at a scoring 3.
Unfortunately, Barnes is a FA this summer and Metta is probably going to be amnestied, so i think they're looking for someone who can play the 3 in the future.

the guy is an excellent shooter passer and rebounder, defense needs work but hes very young and has been playing professionally since he was 17(Euroleague)

Unless we get a better defender than MWP at the forward position, I have a feeling Mike Brown will continue to start Peace no matter how good the other player's offense may seem.

Peace and Barnes job is defense and energy. We can't have everyone looking to shoot. No team does. Barnes and MWP need to shoot just enough to keep teams honest.Unless we get a better defender than MWP at the forward position, I have a feeling Mike Brown will continue to start Peace no matter how good the other player's offense may seem.
