Gotta stop looking at stats you basically said the one who has more triple doubles is better, you have to watch them play Cp3 and rondo are both past first PGs although CP3 is a better scorer and is more clutch han rondo

When I said all-around point guard, my criteria is the guy can pass, shoot, penetrate, rebound and etc...Rajon Rondo is a great point guard. But, to me he is a pure point guard. What I meant by pure point guard is that he is a pass first point guard. The only thing that he lacks is shooting. To me, if he had better shooting skills or range, he is the best point guard. Chris Paul and Deron Williams are all around point guards. Not only they can pass the ball very well, but, they can shoot the ball very well (Rondo can't), rebound (not as great as Rondo), can defend and they can control the tempo whenever they want to.

What I am trying to say is that there is a true/pure point guard and there is all round point guard. It's the same as there are complete all-round players and there are pure scorers. Bryant and James are all around players. Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony are pure scorers. If Durant and Anthony, improve their defense on a consistent basis, they can become all around players.

Deron Williams is a pure point guard. The problem is he has no one that can help carry the team, so he has to do all the scoring.

I think D-Will is the best all around PG

To me Rondo's style is just more like a pure PG, but if Deron had a better team he'd be doing a lot more play making.

CP3 best all around
Rose most athletic/scoring
Will scoring
Rondo play making

Personally, Chris Paul is slightly better than Deron Williams because Paul has the killer instinct like Kobe Bryant. I don't know if Deron Williams has that killer instinct. But, when it comes to basketball skills, Williams is better. The one thing about Williams is that he is comfortable in both scoring and passing. Just take a look at the games against the Knicks and Bobcats. He just scored 38 and 57 points like it was easy for him. If he doesn't want to score, he will look for his teammates. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the teammates in NJ to pass around. But, if he's in a team with players who can score or help him (eg. Lakers), he will be even more dangerous.

Also, my top 5 point guards in the NBA: Paul/Williams, Rondo, Rose, and Westbrook in that order.

yeah but 81 is more than 61. So if it's 81 kobe, 61 kobe, and 57 williams. So wouldn't it be the 2nd most points scored since Kobe's 81? Rather than the most scored since his 61 because the most scored was his 81 so that would be the 'most' in that context, so Deron's is second to that right?

Lol whoa you over complicating things it's just the most points anybody's in the NBA has scored since Kobe scored 61 in 09, it's not the most points Kobe's scored since his 81 but the most points any player has scored since Kobe in 09.

Let me clear it up.

2006 - Kobe scores 81.

2009- Kobe scores 61

2012- DWill scores 57

57 is the most points scored by an individual player since Kobe scored 61 in 2009.

i think cp3 is slightly better then d.will, but i feel that deron will have a longer run of high productivity then cp3 because of his size
