Chris Haynes, CSNNW.com Trail Blazers Insider (@ChrisBHaynes)
A league source has informed CSNNW.com that the Los Angeles Lakers and the Portland Trail Blazers have had “exploratory talks” regarding Trail Blazers' guard Raymond Felton.
According to the source, talks have been ongoing for weeks and it is likely to involve Lakers' guard Steve Blake in the deal.
CSNNW.com has also been told that terms of this potential deal “haven't got off the ground” but it is one that is being considered by both sides.
This season, Felton is suffering a career-low in points per game (9.7), field goal percentage (.368), three-point percentage (.246), and rebounds (2.1).

I like Steve blake but Felton is a better player.

At least if this deal goes down Steve Blake will be going where the fan support him in Portland.

Meh with the way the bench is starting to come around Blake is the catalyst to helping that as he's the PG and they got good chemistry right now, so I'm not sure we wanna replace our bench PG mid season when things are finally starting to gel with the bench. I'd rather trade the players that are getting no minutes from us currently.

At this point in the season, i would not do this trade, I'm keeping Blake, he's better for LAL

Felton is a bit of a gamble - he is playing like [expletive] so far this season. However, it is likely that he could bounce back and be A LOT better.
He is only 27, has no bad injury-history and should be able to average 15pts 7ast.

Steve Blake has no upside. Best case for Steve Blake is him being a solid back-up. He havent been solid for the Lakers yet.

No, they can't play. Morris looks like he'ls lost in the offense, dribbles too much, causes too many turnovers. And McScrub flatout sucks, he can dunk but thats pretty much it

Kapono sucks ass.
Morris could be good in a few years.
McRoberts is good but on the wrong team. Look at his stats his whole career -they've been solid, except for this year. I'd say package him up with Morris a pick and cash and get back an asset we actually can use.

just let them play. morris can be an asset for the team. and mcbob can be a sixth man someday. they just need some experience. i think walton can be like his dad if he had some time on the floor. talent cannot be based on a game or two. kobe wouldnt be kobe if he was sitting on the bench every night. just let these guys play.

Actually Morris has played quite a few games, none of which has shown good numbers.

If the Lakers are going to do this trade, they should do it asap so Felton can get chemistry going with everyone else. I believe as a Laker, Felton will produce better numbers. It works out for both teams, doesn't Steve Blake still live in Portland?

Steve Blake, is a horrible player for us I feel like. He is averaging 6 and 3 a game, while Felton is averaging 10 and 6 with the Blazers. I think Felton is a better, scorer and assist man so yes! Please let this happen..
