Neither guy is athletic = SO HELL NO!

Sessions would be a serviceable guard but we already have that in Blake. I know Blake maybe of no use this season with his injury but it makes absolutely no sense for LA to waste $ & or roster spot on Sessions & or Calderon for more than this season. try again we better off playing Goudeluck more mins for the remainder of the season

LOL is anyone happy with ANY of these potential pg's . I see a bunch of NO's in every thread. The turnovers this team gets are atrocious.

can't use our TPE on calderon because he's paid like an all star which is why he's not even close to worth it

plus i doubt we will cut 2 players for Jose and Gil

calderon would be a great addition but I don't know how we can possibly trade for him. only thing i can see is something like blake+walton or walton+fisher, and the raptors would be saving money by that deal but I don't know if that's the best deal they can get.

i think people are underrating calderon. his defense sucks, yes, but he is a great play maker and shooter. dude shoots 50/40/90, and has one of the highest assist/turn over ratios in the league year in year out. He would easily be a huge upgrade over fisher and blake.

you guys still don't think this guy is a good player? ripped the lakers to shreds today: 13-18FG, 4-4 3FG, 6assists and 2 TO's,

I would do gasol for bargnani and calderon if i could right now.

Jose had career high against us, maybe he wants to show the Laker FO what he's capable of doing

You do realize our PGs can't guard him right? Expect every PG to go off on us, Lin, Calderon, etc.

Just because a PG is able to tear into Fisher doesn't mean he's someone we should consider. Calderon is a horrible defensive player. Not just bad, but horrible.

Add Derozan and I would do it. Even Barbosa and Johnson along with AB and JC
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

It seems as though we thought Steve Blake was good when he played for the Clips but once we got him it was the other way around..

The Raptors wouldn't give up Bargnani for Gasol, let alone both him and Calderon. DeRozan wouldn't go, either.

He didn't fit into triangle and was playing well before his injury

It was rumored that the Raptors wanted to do that.

But, I agree that the Raptors wouldn't do it. It doesn't make sense for the Raptors to trade for an older player when they aren't anywhere close to contention.
