Same here. I played football and wouldn't have that $hit either! The practice comes from players not wanting to injure or damage a player during the game and it was thought to be encouraging, not to me. Keepa you hands to you self!

Here's three head pats after one play. Remember the crucial basket where Gasol didn 't travel because Pierce touched the ball when it was in Pau's hands from game 7 of the 2010 finals? Anyway, he got Kobe, Sasha, and Drew in succession. He missed his chance to get a few more going back to the bench.

You guys don't remember? Pau was trying to get Blake called for traveling. Replays did show Griffen had dribbled, and stopped, then dribbled again, but the playback also showed Pau touched the ball allowing Griffin to continue to the basket.

Seasons the Celtics lost ECF when Lakers won the championship (7): 1953, 1954, 1972, 1980, 1982, 1988, 2002
In NBA history, the Lakers have finished better than the Celtics by a margin of 39-24!
