Why are you so angry about having him on board when he's the 15ht man on the roster? Nobody who made that spot would play significant minutes anyway. You gotta let the hostility towards a player who you'll barely see go. Also, he would've made the team no matter about Sasha.
All we can hope is that he gets better soon. The positive is that it got diagnosed early and not in the middle of the year while the Lakers were in a rhythm with him active.

I wanted to see him play in the pre-season at least, I miss his harassing defense and spot up shooting
Hopefully he'll be 100% and ready to go when the season starts.

If you think that Crawford or Giles would be better, than you're not paying attention.
Way too much attention paid to the 15ht man. Almost as if some Laker fans need something to complain about in order to get by... hmmm?
