It's a shame how he manages to play well despite injuries and personal issues and most of the rest of the team struggles for no apparent reason.

almost forgot we had these player threads...currently 30ppg leading the league on 46% w 6 rebounds, and 6 assists
and he's only shooting that low because he's taken so many 3s, which he's not really converting on yet
kobe and monta ellis are the only shooting guards currently in the top 20 in assists
amazing stuff for his age, his injuries, and what he's working with this year

Kobe deserves some of the blame today. I don't usually blame him for not passing because it's usually the case of him playing well while Bynum and Gasol aren't. But when Bynum is playing well and he isn't, he needs to pass the ball.
Skip Bayless was saying the same thing just now on First Take. He said that Kobe took horrible shots down the stretch of the game, while Drew was having a monster game. He thought that Drew should have gotten the ball more in he post.
