The Clippers have at least 4 players capable of playing back-up PG on their roster. They also manage to routinely pluck up unheralded guys on minor contracts who actually produce when given the minutes. How sad that we don't have a single legitimate backup PG on this roster.

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.


You should reach more often ;)

he was terrible, he was too aftraid to do anything other than pass he can't penetrate to the basket makes it a huge deficiency to the bench

You're aware some of his assists came off him penetrating to the basket. But what's the use, Blake can have 35 and a triple double for us off the bench and people would say he didn't get 37 :laughing:

That would never say that because that will NEVER happen.

lol? ive seen him, the closest he went to the basket was to the free throw line. after that he passed.

He has made his shots and is leading the team in assists

There is a lot of things wrong with the lakers, steve blake, surprisingly is not a major one right now

There is a lot of things wrong with the lakers, steve blake, surprisingly is not a major one right now


he has low impact on offense at least he could defend hes not doing that either

He played 27 minutes, 7 minutes, 3 points, 3 assists 3/4 shooting. He should be attempting more shots and contributing more on offensinve end. SEVERAL times he dribbles the ball around and it ends up with Kobes hands with the shot clock winding down

and besides that stat line of Blake is deceiving. He made 2 baskets and and an assist in the last 3mins 30 secs of the game and the Lakers were trailng by 14, the game was decided by then
