If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

try people's opinion of him prior to coming back healthy this year.
only a select few in here believed he would be so integral to our bench.

I remember reading an article earlier this season where Blake said that Nash is tutoring him. Apparently it has paid off better than expected. Blake is actually running the show when he has the ball.

Kinda took a step back today overall I would say, especially with the 5 turnovers, but then again, I cut him some slack, since he's really being asked to do a lot more than he's used to right now with no Nash & no depth basically at point overall.

Tihs man jumped like 5 feet in the air to get two of his 7 boards late in the game tonight.

i am not doing any comparison, i am CLEARLY saying that Steve Blake is better than the basketball player named Kobe Bryant, 5 time champion, 2 time finals MVP, 1 time season MVP, 4th all-time in scoring, has 10374020174 records in his pocket etc.

Blake always started the seasons here on fire and then would get injured, this time it was reverse, I would still upgrade at year's end if possible.
But to be fair, he is much better with talent around him, the bench talent level was WEAK last year and the year before that, Lamar handled the ball on the bench and so did Shannon

I like Steve Blake as a backup for sure, he is actually a feisty little white dude! Doesn't back down to anybody. I agree with the above and would upgrade this off season if possible though, too inconsistent for my liking
